View All ProjectsAchnasheen Hydro Scheme is a 800kW scheme that was built on the Achnasheen Estate. Being Project Managed by Greenhighland Renewables, MAM were contracted to complete all Civil Engineering aspects of the scheme, which included:
- Constructing the In-River Water Intake, complete with Header Tank.
- Installing 444 metres of 500mm HDPE pipework and 1120 metres of 450mm diameter ductile iron pipework.
- Construct the Powerhouse.
- Construct Tailrace and Headwall.
